Rules of Play
These rules ensure a fair and organized poker game. Please familiarize yourself with them before the game starts and feel free to ask the dealer any questions if you have doubts.
General Provisions
- The game is played with 2 to 10 players at the table.
- Players must adhere to the club rules and follow the dealer's instructions.
- All players start with a predetermined amount of chips, which is set before the tournament begins.
- Players may purchase additional chips during the game according to established rules.
- At the beginning of each hand, players make mandatory bets (blinds) determined by the specific poker variant's rules.
- During the game, players can make various types of bets: check, bet, call, raise, or fold.
- The dealer distributes cards according to the rules of the chosen poker variant
- Players may look at their cards but must not show them to other players.
Game Rounds
- The game consists of several betting rounds: pre-flop, flop, turn, and river (for Texas Hold'em).
- After each betting round, new community cards are revealed that players can use to form combinations.
- The player with the best five-card combination wins the pot.
- If all players except one fold, the remaining player wins the pot without showing their cards.
- Players must show respect to other participants and the dealer.
- Discussing cards and game strategies is prohibited during the hand.
- Violations of club rules may result in penalties, including warnings and removal from the game.
Hand Rankings
- High Card: The highest card in hand.
- One Pair: Two cards of the same rank.
- Two Pair: Two different pairs.
- Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank.
- Straight: Five consecutive cards of different suits.
- Flush: Five cards of the same suit.
- Full House: Three of a kind and a pair.
- Four of a Kind: Four cards of the same rank.
- Straight Flush: Five consecutive cards of the same suit.
- Royal Flush: A straight flush from ten to ace.
- Club rules may change, and all participants are required to follow the current rules announced by the dealer before the tournament begins.
